  • What’s parking like at Barry?

    There is free on-site parking in the industrial estate directly outside the studio, making it one of our easiest locations to access.

  • What’s parking like at Whitchurch Road?

    There is 1-hour parking on Whitchurch Road and surrounding side streets. After 6:30pm, additional roadside parking becomes available. Maindy Leisure Centre car park is also around a 10-minute walk away.

  • What’s parking like at Stiwdio The Bay?

    There is free on-site parking. Simply enter your registration on the iPad at reception when you arrive.

  • What’s parking like at The Lofts Wellness Club?

    There is on-street pay-and-display parking nearby, with 1 hour free and plenty of spaces available. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park before class and using the Cardiff Council Parking App.

  • I’m a complete beginner. What class should I book?

    We recommend starting with Glow Align. It’s our beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class and is perfect if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break.

  • Do you offer memberships as well as class packs?

    Yes! We offer:

  • Can I book a drop-in class?

    Absolutely! You can book individual classes without committing to a membership.

  • Do you offer a taster session?

    Yes! New clients can take advantage of our 2 classes for £30 Intro Offer for Reformer Pilates. We also regularly run introductory offers for our mat classes.

  • Do you offer Mum & Baby classes?

    Yes! We offer specialist Mum & Baby Reformer Pilates and Mum & Baby Mat Pilates courses designed specifically for postnatal recovery.

  • Do you offer prenatal classes?

    Yes. We offer specialist Prenatal Reformer Pilates and Prenatal Mat Pilates, taught by instructors with additional pregnancy qualifications.

  • Can I come if I’ve never done Pilates before?

    Absolutely! Most of our members started as complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through every exercise and offer modifications where needed.

  • What should I wear to my first class?

    Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for Reformer Pilates (available to purchase in the studio if needed). Bring a water bottle, and we’ll take care of the rest. A grip towel is needed for hot and non heated mat classes.

  • How do I change location on the Stiwdio Glow app?

    Open the app, tap the SG logo at the top left of the home screen, and select the studio you’d like to view. Each location has its own timetable.

  • How do I find the timetable?

    You can view the timetable in the Stiwdio Glow app or by visiting our website and selecting your preferred studio location.

  • How do I book a 1:1 session?

    Simply send us a message or email, and we’ll match you with the most suitable instructor based on your goals. We offer private sessions for beginners, rehabilitation, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, strength training and more. Limited availability is also shown via ‘Privates’ in the app at your chosen location.

  • Are men allowed to attend classes?

    Yes! **Everyone is welcome at Stiwdio Glow.** Men are welcome to attend any class that isn’t specifically labelled **Women’s Only**.


    While we’re proud to specialise in **women’s health**, supporting women through every stage of life—from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to menopause and beyond—we also welcome anyone looking to enjoy high-quality Pilates and movement in a supportive environment.
