Studio Glow The Bay

Our Cardiff Bay location is home to two beautiful movement spaces — a Hot Mat Studio and a Calm Studio. Alongside, our fully equipped Reformer Room offers small-group classes designed to strengthen, restore, and empower.

The studio is located on the first floor of Wilcox House. Clients should head upstairs and turn left to find the studio. Parking is available onsite — please remember to register your car registration on the iPad at reception on arrival.
